How long does a typical tour last?
Most private tours run between two and four hours, though our full and multi-day programmes can be tailored to any schedule. We will always recommend a duration that allows your group to move at a genuinely unhurried pace through the experiences that matter most to you.
Do your tours include dining?
Where appropriate, yes. We bring our guests to dine at restaurants and cafes ranging from Michelin-starred local establishments to intimate cafes overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Food is part of understanding any city and we treat it as such. Dining preferences, dietary requirements, and budget are discussed when we design your itinerary.
Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. We coordinate directly with Abu Dhabi’s leading hotels to arrange complimentary pick-up and drop-off for all guests. Simply let us know where you are staying when you enquire and we will handle the rest.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend contacting us at least one week before your preferred date to allow time to design your experience and confirm availability. For multi-day programmes or visits that include access to specific institutions or galleries, two to three weeks in advance is preferable. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes. Our guides have extensive experience designing experiences that engage guests of every age. We will ask about the ages and interests of all members of your group when we design your itinerary and adjust the pacing, content, and stops accordingly. Abu Dhabi is an extraordinary destination for families and we take particular care to ensure that younger guests are as engaged as older ones.
